The new buzz on the block, St. Gabriel
Terraces, is inspired by the grand hotels of Europe and
offers the amenities comparable to a private club.
The developer puts a unique twist on the
site’s third phase, as it features a collection of 169 fully
furnished units, as well as ground floor retail space
fronting onto Sheppard Avenue.
Located on a seven and a half acre property, the project was
first launched with St. Gabriel Lane, a collection of luxury
town homes in the million-dollar range. Next up, St. Gabriel
Village, an elegant collection of condominium suites built
to the standards of the national Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED) program, complete with windmills
and solar panels.
Amenities in the
new building include an exercise room, saunas, rooftop
terrace, and a business office. The exterior compliments the
existing St. Gabriel community aesthetic, with a pre-cast
façade in a limestone buff tone, paired with steel railings
and stately awnings. Bachelor units start at around 400 sq.
ft., and suites range up to three-storey layouts of 1,250
sq. ft.
